Faculty Semester Feedback
The “Faculty Semester Feedback” feature simplifies the communication between faculty members and students, making it easier to gather and deliver feedback at the end of each semester and ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching and learning experience.
The faculty members can effortlessly generate and send feedback to the entire class and generate comprehensive reports.
These feedback reports are available for download, enabling faculty members to keep a record of their evaluations and reference them in the future and helps to establish a transparent and efficient feedback loop between faculty and students.
How to Create New Feedback Survey?
Step 1: Click on Faculty Semester Feedback from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: You are displayed with Your Surveys, Click on Create New Feedback on the top left. Select Subject Feedback.
Step 3: Enter the Title, and Description, Choose the Start Time and End Time, and Select the Grading Scale and Rating Scale.
Grading Scale – The grading range given for the faculty with all the comprehensive ratings given by students in the feedback survey.
Rating Scale – The Rating range in which the students can rate faculty.
Step 4: Select the Questions from Choose Questions from the list by clicking the Check Box. Click on the Next button on the top left.
Step 5: Select the Department then choose Semester and the Subjects.
Step 6: Click on Send button on the top left.
How to Generate Reports?
Step 1: Click on Faculty Semester Feedback from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: You are displayed with Your Surveys, Select the desired test results you want to generate, Click on Generate Reports
Step 3: Click on Filter By Category, Select the desired Category, Click on Filter By Value, and Choose the desired value.
You are displayed with filter data.
Step 4: Click on Download, Select format (PDF or Excel) to Generate Reports.
Congrats! Your Reports have been downloaded in zip format.
How to add questions in Sub-Category?
Step 1: Click on Faculty Semester Feedback from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: You are displayed with Your Surveys, Click on Create New Feedback on the top left. Select Subject Feedback.
Step 3: Enter the Title, and Description, Choose the Start Time and End Time, and Select the Grading Scale and Rating Scale.
Step 4: Choose Yes for sub-categories in the feedback, Select Add new category, Mention desired Category to be added, then Click on Add button.
Step 5: In Categories Filter, Select the recently added category, and click on the Next button.
Step 6: Select the Category displayed on the top right, Click on Add Questions, Enter the question,
Then click on Save Question.
