Faculty Performance Review

The faculty performance review feature is a tool designed to enhance the communication and feedback loop between faculty members and students.

This feature allows faculty to get constructive feedback from students after the completion of each unit.

Additionally, the feature allows faculty to export the allocation data in an Excel format for further analysis or reporting purposes.

NA – No Rating Available

NS – No Survey was taken

How to send the feedback subject-wise?

Step1- Click on Faculty Performance Review from the Navigation tab on the left

Step 2: Choose SUBJECT VIEW on the top left.

Step 3: Choose the desired semester from the Semester filter and select the Subject from the Subject Filter.

Step 4: Click on the Dropdown button on the top left side. Click on Send Satisfactory Survey.

Step 5: Click on desired unit’s checkboxes, Click on Send Survey

Step 6: Select the End date and Time for the survey to be end.

Step 7: Click on Send Survey.

Congrats! Your survey sent subject-wise successfully.

How to send the feedback section-wise?

Step1- Click on Faculty Performance Review from the Navigation tab on the left

Step 2: Choose SECTION VIEW on the top left.

Step 3: Choose the desired semester from the Semester filter and select the Subject from the Section Filter.

Step 4: Click on Drop down button on the top left side. Click on Send Satisfactory Survey.

Step 5: Select on desired unit’s checkboxes, Click on Send Survey

Step 6: Select the End date and Time for the survey to end.

Step 7: Click on Send Survey.

Congrats! Your survey sent section-wise successfully.

How to send the feedback faculty-wise?

Step1- Click on Faculty Performance Review from the Navigation tab on the left

Step 2: Choose FACULTY VIEW on the top left.

Step 3: Choose the desired semester from the Semester filter and select the Subject from the Faculty Filter.

Step 4: Click on Drop down button on the top left side. Click on Send Satisfactory Survey.

Step 5: Select on desired unit’s checkboxes, Click on Send Survey

Step 6: Select the End date and Time for the survey to end.

Step 7: Click on Send Survey.

Congrats! Your survey sent faculty-wise successfully.

How to view the results of the feedback?

Step1- Click on Faculty Performance Review from the Navigation tab on the left.

Step 2: Choose SUBJECT VIEW on the top left.

Step 3: Choose the desired semester from the Semester filter and select the Subject from the Subject Filter.

Step 4: Click on View option from Actions column.

Step 5: Survey results are displayed unit-wise.

Note: If no survey is submitted, results are not displayed. For feedback results, send survey one more time.

How to download the feedback?

Step1: Click on Faculty Performance Review from the Navigation tab on the left.

Step 2: Choose SUBJECT VIEW or SECTION VIEW or FACULTY VIEW on the top left.

Step 3: Choose the desired semester from the Semester Filter and Subject from the Subject Filter.

Filtered Results are displayed!

Step 4: Click On the Dropdown Button, Click on Download Excel.

Congrats! Feedback Results are successfully downloaded.
