How to create an Objective Assessment using AI Picker?

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – Click on Create New Assessment and choose Objective to create an Objective assessment.

Step 3 – Provide the Title and description, select the subject where the Objective Assessment will be created, and click Continue.

Note 1 – The subject will be displayed in the subject dropdown once the subject is added from Your Courses.

Note 2 – Click on Customize Parts to include multiple sections in an assessment by clicking on Add Parts to Assessment.

Step 4 – Select the AI Picker, choose the unit in which the assessments will be created.

Note – By default, all topics are selected. Unselect the topics if needed.

Step 5 – Enter the Number of questions, set the difficulty level, and click on Auto Generate Questions. Questions will be successfully generated through the AI Picker.

Step 6 – Once the questions are verified, click on Save to Question Panel.

Step 7 – Choose the Start time, End time, and Duration for the Objective Assessment.

Step 8 – Select the class, click on the Select All button, and click on Send at the top right.

The Objective Assessment is created successfully.

Note – Students will receive a notification about the Objective Assessment creation.

How to Objective Assessment by Choosing Questions?

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – Click on Create New Assessment and choose Objective to create an objective assessment.

Step 3 – Provide the Title and description, select the subject where the Objective Assessment will be created, and click Continue.

Note 1 – The subject will be displayed in the subject dropdown once the subject is added from Your Courses.

Note 2 – Click on Customize Parts to include multiple sections in an assessment by clicking on Add Parts to Assessment.

Step 4 – Select Choose Questions, and select from the question bank displayed.

Note – You can choose questions from different Bloom’s levels as needed.

Step 5 – Once the questions are selected, click on Save to Question Panel.

Step 6 – Click on Save and Send.

Step 7 – Choose the Start time, End time, and Duration for the Objective Assessment.

Step 8 – Select the class, click on the Select All button, and click on Send at the top right.

The Objective Assessment is created successfully.

Note – Students will receive a notification about the Objective Assessment creation.

How to conduct the Objective Assessment by adding the questions?

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – Click on Create New Assessment and choose Objective to create an objective assessment.

Step 3 – Provide the Title and description, select the subject where the Objective Assessment will be created, and click Continue.

Note 1 – The subject will be displayed in the subject dropdown once the subject is added from Your Courses.

Note 2 – Click on Customize Parts to include multiple sections in an assessment by clicking on Add Parts to Assessment.

Step 4 – Select the Add Questions option.

Step 5 – Type the question, provide the options in the option panel, select the correct option, and then choose the Bloom level, difficulty level, and topic for the question.

Note – An image can be added by clicking on the image icon beside the question.

Step 6 – Add the source for the question and click on Save to Section. The question is successfully added to the question panel. Other questions can be added in a similar way.

Note – The Private button means the question will be saved only in your question bank, while Public means the question will be displayed for the entire department.

Step 7 – Click on Save and Send.

Step 8 – Choose the Start time, End time, and Duration for the Objective Assessment.

Step 9 – Select the class, click on the Select All button, and click on Send at the top right.

The Objective Assessment is created successfully.

Note – Students will receive a notification about the Objective Assessment creation

How do you download the download report of the Objective Assessment?

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – After the End time is completed, You will be able to see the PDF and Excel icon, Choose the PDF and Excel Sheet icons to download the Report

Step 3 – The report will start downloading in place.

How to Edit the Test Details of the Objective Assessment?

Note – You can only edit the time before the End time

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – Select the Assessment to edit the details, Click on the Edit button and Choose the Edit Test Details

Step 3 – You will be redirected to the Test Details page, Click on the details you want to change.

Note – You can change the End time, Duration, Release Time, and Section.

Step 4 – Once the details are changed, Click on the Send

Test Details are updated.

How to Edit the Test Questions of the Objective Assessment?

Note – You can only Edit the Questions once

Step 1 – Click on Objective Assessment on the navigation bar.

Step 2 – Select the Assessment to edit the details, Click on the Edit button and Choose the Edit Test Questions

Step 3 – You can choose the type of questions to be added by selecting Add, Choose and AI Picker.

Step 4 – After selecting the questions, You can click on Save&Exit
